Job Description:

Inergize Digital seeks a talented, versatile and motivated web designer to create compelling designs and provide client support to Inergize Digital clients. The web designer must be a team player and able to collaborate with members of all internal teams including designers, developers, marketing, advertising and project management to ensure that creative integrity is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities:

• Establish and create compelling web designs based upon requirements.
• Design and implement new design concepts for both Inergize Digital and client websites.
• Design comps for new and existing Inergize Digital projects.
• Design, build and launch client websites under tight deadlines.
• Implement, update and enhance partnership integrations for website promotion.
• Provide suggestions and ideas to ensure superior design.
• Provide phone and email support to clients, including technical support and product training as needed.
• Complete day-to-day maintenance tasks for clients as needed.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree from a college or university in graphic arts or fine arts.

or

• Three years of paid web design experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver.
• Intermediate HTML and CSS hand-coding skills with a minor understanding of both ASP.NET and JavaScript.
• Intermediate understanding of interface design, information design, interactive design and web usability.
• Provide high-quality client service as necessary.
• Ability to design web-compliant online advertising creative.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining medium- to large-scale websites.
• Familiarity meeting brand requirements.
• Strong understanding of branding and information design.
• Proven communication skills presenting design concepts and ideas.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging web technologies, practices and strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as needed.
• User experience design preferred.
